These terms apply when you use shoptawakkul.com and when you buy from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us

Tawakkul (توكل) is a trading name of Ibrahima Sidibe, a sole trader based in England (not a registered company).

2. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screen. Some photos show our products styled on models or created digitally to show how the product is worn; the product you receive will match the description. Products are subject to availability.

3. Ordering and when the contract is made

When you place an order you are offering to buy the items. The contract between us is made when we email you to confirm your order. If we can't accept your order (for example because an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error), we will tell you and will not charge you, or will refund you in full straight away.

These terms are for consumers buying for personal use.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. For orders delivered outside the UK, local import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown in our Shipping policy. If we don't agree a date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to someone you have named. If your order is late, contact us and we will help; you may have the right to cancel and get a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Cancelling, returns and refunds

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and you have legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described. The full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Personalised and embroidered items

If you ask us to embroider or personalise an item, please check your text carefully before ordering. You confirm you have the right to use any words or designs you send us. Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind, but are covered if they are faulty or not as ordered.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or are negligent, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights in relation to the products (including your right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose).

9. Using our website

You may use our website for your personal shopping. Please don't use it for anything unlawful, try to break its security, or copy our photos, text or branding for commercial use without our permission. Our content and brand are protected by intellectual property law.

AI assistants and shopping agents are welcome to read our product information to help people discover and buy our products, provided they identify themselves honestly (for example in their user-agent), follow our robots.txt, and do not overload the site, bypass security measures or copy our content in bulk for resale. We may limit automated access that doesn't follow these rules.

10. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review or feedback, please be honest and respectful. We may publish reviews on our website with your first name. We publish genuine reviews only and do not edit them to change their meaning.

11. Your personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Shopify

Our shop is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform and checkout. Your contract for the products is with us, not with Shopify.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.

14. Complaints and disputes

If you have a problem, please email us first at tawakkul.uk@gmail.com and we will try to sort it out quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
